My friend Steve in the UK is embarking on a podcast journey called Save Us, Jeff Bezos! His goal is to get to the bottom of the secret Voyager 3 project. The first episode, Big Things Start Small, is filled with quirky commentary and great music. You may recognize “Kate,” who will be featured in upcoming episodes.
Steve is a clinical psychologist and improviser attending classes at the Free Association. We connected online after I studied Level 2 at the Free Association in April. Loaning him my voice is slightly alleviating the side effects I’ve been feeling from my addiction to 4-6 mind-blowing improv shows per weekend.
As an SF nerd since childhood, I’m excited to be in Big Things Start Small and future episodes. What Steve creates as he explores the man, the myth, and the archetype Bezos inhabits is a delightful brain-mangle. Check out this odd exploration of the media and morality of saving Planet Earth.
